ISIS Therapy

I want to get to know - and be able to express more freely - the deeper parts of myself that I know are there, but which seem to elude me. At some point in my life I want to manifest ALL of who I can be. I want to have more of a sense of purpose and fulfillment in life. I want to conquer all the fears, doubts and negative thoughts that get in the way of me being all I can be.

If you resonate with any of the above then ISIS can help you make it happen.

What is ISIS?

The focus of ISIS is to bring to the surface that which is currently hidden and unseen. This refers both to the unconscious mechanisms that get in the way, and a clearer vision of who you are beneath them.

ISIS is a short, catchy abbreviation for 'Inner Space' Interactive Sourcing. The 'inner space' is like a state that can be experienced in meditation: a deeper part of your consciousness. It is a place of stillness and silence wherein a deeper exploration of yourself can begin.

When it comes to states of consciousness most people think of only two states - waking and sleeping. But in truth, there are different levels to waking consciousness. Compare a meditation experience to a time when you are at work, perhaps talking with a customer on the phone. What is the difference in your consciousness during these two experiences?

It has to do with what the mind is doing. When you are engaged in an activity in what we could call our normal daily waking consciousness we use the five physical senses (sight, smell, touch, hearing and taste). These senses draw our attention outwards onto whatever we are experiencing at the time. By contrast, meditation works by having the mind fall silent, and switching off the interminable 'blah, blah, blah" that goes on in the background throughout the day. When this is achieved through meditation your attention is naturally drawn inward. Other more subtle senses are activated which are more attuned to your inner landscape Ð a place where feelings, yearnings, a more instinctive inner knowing can be accessed.

It is by reaching this part of you that ISIS works and sets it apart from other forms of talk therapy.

How I can add to your experience

The skills I have gained from years of training and practice will enhance the quality of your own ISIS experience. You do not need to be a meditation expert to access the inner space. My task as the facilitator of the session is to bring the space into the room and make it an effortless process to access it.

Importantly, no hypnosis is involved. The intent of ISIS is to empower the client to have realizations and openings themselves. The client is totally conscious of what is happening at all times. My role is to facilitate the experience by asking questions of the client that will open up avenues of discovery and allow expressions of feeling and a deep letting go to take place.

From the standpoint of the 'inner space' the client gains clarity on what forces are really driving them. For the client, ISIS provides a grounded, no-nonsense experience of themselves at a deeper level.

As a result, the client arrives at a genuine point of choice in their lives. Until you can see the forces that are driving you in a particular situation it is very difficult to make a lasting change. This can be made possible through the deep reflection and profound realizations that ISIS facilitates.
